Because of the safe, scientific, and gentle movements of Pilates, our workouts are an excellent option for those recovering from injury or managing chronic pain.

The method

STOTT PILATES®

STOTT PILATES® is a contemporary, anatomically-informed evolution of Joseph Pilates' original method — refined over decades with input from physical therapists and sports-medicine professionals.

It blends modern exercise science, fascial fitness and spinal rehabilitation into a method that's both safe and effective. The result builds strength, flexibility, endurance and posture without bulk or undue stress on the joints — suitable for rehabilitation, pre- and post-natal, athletes and everyday movers alike.

Fascial Rehabilitation

Traditional training often isolates muscles, which can leave movement rigid and segmented. We now understand that real movement travels through interconnected fascial planes — the body's web linking muscle, joint and organ into one continuous system.

Fascial Rehabilitation focuses on integration rather than isolation: retraining patterns, restoring natural rhythm and redefining core stability. It moves the body out of compensation and back into aligned, fluid strength — supporting recovery, performance and long-term wellbeing.
